1、强调的事物不同，look强调看的动作；look at强调看的目标。look at更具体；look一般不单独使用的。

2、词性不同，look是不及物的，后不可加宾语，look at是及物的，后可加宾语。

3、释义不同，look表示看起来；look at强调（仔细地）看；着眼，考虑。
